Your Responsibilities as a Call Centre Agent
- Deliver world-class customer service telephonically or via other digital channels.
- Resolve all client queries efficiently within agreed timelines.
- Maintain expert knowledge of products, pricing, processes, and timelines.
- Communicate professionally with all clients, aiming to generate positive feedback.
- Ensure all client queries are logged accurately on the CRM system.
- Drive customer satisfaction through innovation and proactive problem-solving.
- Comply with all governance, legal, and audit requirements.
- Report on activities to support operational excellence in the Call Centre.
You’re the Ideal Candidate If You Have:
- Grade 12 (Matric)
- FAIS RE and NQF Level 4 or 5 qualification
- At least 2 years’ experience in personal lines
- At least 2 years’ experience in commercial lines
