What is the Standard Bank Learnership Programme?
The Standard Bank Learnership Programme is designed for individuals eager to gain real-world experience while studying towards a nationally recognised qualification. This programme blends academic learning with practical exposure in a Universal Banker role, allowing learners to operate within a real banking environment.
During the course of the learnership, you will complete an Agile Banking Professional, Certificate in Banking (NQF Level 5). This qualification will make you FAIS accredited and equip you with the skills needed to succeed in a competitive industry.

- Not be registered on another learnership or internship
Programme Details
- Monthly Stipend: R6 800 plus medical aid
