Job Responsibilities
Table & Dining Setup
✅ Set up tables according to restaurant standards.
✅ Ensure tableware, cutlery, and glasses are clean and well-maintained.
✅ Replace damaged or dirty linens with fresh ones.
Customer Service
✅ Greet and seat guests with a friendly attitude.
✅ Provide menu recommendations and answer questions.
✅ Handle customer complaints and report issues to management.
Food & Beverage Service
✅ Serve food and drinks quickly and professionally.
✅ Restock the bar and beverage inventory.
✅ Follow proper serving etiquette and hygiene standards.
Billing & Stock Management
✅ Conduct daily, weekly, and monthly stock audits.
✅ Ensure accurate billing of orders and report any discrepancies.
Special Events & Extra Duties
✅ Assist with private events outside of normal working hours.
✅ Maintain personal hygiene and grooming standards.
Skills & Experience Required
Experience & Knowledge
✔ Proven experience as a waiter in a restaurant or hospitality setting.
✔ Bartending or barista experience is a plus.
✔ Strong customer service skills and teamwork ability.
✔ Basic knowledge of wine and serving etiquette.

Work Schedule
📅 16.25 shifts per month (Monday to Sunday).
⏰ Shift hours: 07h00 – 19h00 (as per roster).
