Job Overview: Warehouse Packer Job Opening Food Lovers

The Warehouse Packer plays a crucial role in maintaining the efficient flow of goods throughout the Food Lovers distribution chain. Reporting to the Floor Manager, Floor Supervisor, and Checker, the successful candidate will ensure orders are correctly picked, packed, and labeled, all while maintaining safety and quality standards.

Duties & Responsibilities

Pick, pack, and label goods accurately for dispatch.
Organize warehouse shelves and maintain clean workspaces.
Handle heavy items and operate pallet jacks and forklifts.
Work quickly and precisely, especially during peak periods.
Identify and report stock discrepancies.
Assist in inventory control procedures.
Maintain knowledge of handling fresh produce like fruits and vegetables.

Requirements

Grade 12 (Matric) certificate required.
Prior experience as a Warehouse Picker or Packer.
Ability to communicate fluently in English.
Must live within a 15km radius of Centurion.
Physically fit and able to work in cold environments.
Clear criminal record.
