Job Description
Purpose of the Job
The Bread Loading Assistant is responsible for the daily loading and offloading of bread on-site to ensure timely and efficient deliveries to customers.
Duties & Responsibilities: Bread Loading Assistant Jobs
As part of the Bread Loading Assistant Jobs, your responsibilities will include:
- Loading bread according to the picking slip and pipeline sequence.
- Performing tray count and balancing trays inside the truck.
- Ensuring only quality bread is loaded.
- Practicing FIFO (First In, First Out) stock rotation.
- Attending daily invocom (operational meetings).
- Reporting any loading-related concerns to management.
- Following all company policies and loading procedures.

Qualification
- Minimum Grade 12 or equivalent.
Experience
- At least 3 months’ experience in a similar role within the FMCG industry.
