About the Learnership

Duties and Responsibilities
- Operate and maintain automated packaging machines (washing, filling, sealing, labelling).
- Monitor Critical Control Points (CCPs) under the HACCP system.
- Conduct basic quality control checks.
- Use problem-solving and basic maintenance techniques.
- Assist in workplace observations (depalletizing and palletizing).
- Improve mathematical and communication skills.
- Attend formal classes and assessments (70% minimum pass rate).
