Duties and Responsibilities for Social Grant Administrator Jobs
As a Social Grant Administrator, your main role is to manage the local processing of grant applications. Responsibilities include:

- Capturing applicant information on the system
- Conducting quality assurance on applications
- Providing excellent customer service to the public
- Ensuring compliance with applicable policies and legislation
- Supporting general office operations and administration tasks
Requirements for Social Grant Administrator Jobs

To be eligible for this role, you must meet the following criteria:
- Minimum: Grade 12 (Senior Certificate) or equivalent (NQF Level 4)
- Must be computer literate
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Preferred:
- Valid driver’s license
- Previous experience in administrative or clerical roles
