Responsibilities:

  • Conducting beneficiary screenings and completing manual applications.
  • Performing file-level reviews and validations.
  • Assisting beneficiaries in navigating the appropriate service cubicles.
  • Verifying documentation and information submitted for review.
  • Identifying frail or immobile beneficiaries and conducting home visit reviews.
  • Participating in mobile review operations in remote or underserved areas.
  • Assisting with mass review events held at community halls or municipal offices.
  • Updating beneficiary records in the SOCPEN system and other relevant platforms.
  • Capturing and maintaining accurate grant data.
  • Identifying cases for suspension, lapsing, recovery of overpayments, or referral for investigation.
  • Supporting document tracking, filing, and preparation of review reports.
  • Scanning and indexing documentation to ensure completeness and audit readiness.
  • Collaborating with registry and review teams to meet daily processing targets.
  • Ensuring compliance with data protection and confidentiality standards

Requirements:

  • Grade 12/Matric certificate with basic literacy and numeracy skills.
  • A foundational level of computer literacy is essential.
  • Diploma/Degree will be advantageous
