This learnership offers a unique opportunity to work in one of the country’s leading financial institutions. If you hold an undergraduate qualification and meet the basic requirements, you could soon be gaining essential work experience in a high-paced call centre environment.
You will learn to resolve client inquiries professionally, develop effective communication skills, understand South Africa’s financial ecosystem, and build meaningful relationships with clients. Alongside this, you’ll complete a recognised NQF Level 5 Certificate in Banking, which includes FAIS accreditation—an important stepping stone to a future in financial services.
Duties and Responsibilities
As part of the Contact Centre Graduate Learnership, you will:

- Deliver excellent service through phone and email
- Master telephone etiquette and professional communication
- Handle and resolve customer queries effectively
- Analyse and process client information
- Gain insight into financial regulations and frameworks

Requirements for the Learnership
To qualify, candidates must:
- Hold an undergraduate qualification (minimum: Grade 12 + degree)
- Be a South African citizen aged between 18 and 30
- Be fluent in English and computer literate
- Not be permanently employed or studying elsewhere
- Not be registered on another learnership or internship
Learnership Benefits
