Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and update hospitality training materials to reflect the latest industry standards.
- Deliver comprehensive initial training to new hospitality candidates.
- Provide ongoing training to existing hospitality team members for continuous skill enhancement.
- Identify and implement innovative training initiatives to guarantee the highest level of ongoing education for all hospitality staff.
- Collaborate seamlessly with the team to ensure efficient service delivery and successful task execution.
