Afrika Tikkun per-empted this need, through its formation in 1994. Our extensive work over the last 23 years in social development, skills development and education, positions us uniquely to understand the challenges and requirements of transformation, the current ‘growth agenda’ and its priorities for mass employment and inclusion.
Our solutions ‘tick all the right boxes’; ensuring that clients create measurable impact, while navigating risks and opportunities in the landscape of trans-formative investment.
From very small beginnings we have grown exponentially and now reach +-20 000 beneficiaries per annum and employ over +-500 locally trained employees in 5 communities
in South Africa.
Afrika Tikkun is currently looking for candidates to join the yes Youth Employment Services (YES) Programme. This programme gives you 12 months quality workplace experience.
Are you currently unemployed without any work experience? Then this is your chance to gain work proper work experience.
YES aims to create work opportunities for unemployed youth to upskills themselves and help grow the businesses in which they are placed in.
Requirements
Be between the age of 18-33 years.
Grade 12, with any other additional qualifications.
Must complete online assessment to be considered.
