Role Purpose

The Learnership Programme, which will commence in 1 March 2026 to 28 February 2027, offers participants the opportunity to develop their skills and gain Short-term Insurance specific experience. Furthermore, successful graduates of this programme will receive a formal National Certificate in Short-term Insurance (NQF level 4).

 

Requirements

Aged between 18 and 35 years (including turning 35 in 2027). You MUST attach a copy of your ID to your application.

Able to speak, read and write English.

Passed Matric (a pass mark of 50% or above for English will be a requirement and Maths will be beneficial). You MUST attach a copy of your Matric certificate to your application. If you are currently completing Matric, please attach a copy of your Matric preliminary exam results.

Be computer literate.

Currently unemployed and/or have no work experience.

Not be studying at any other institution or have any post Matric qualifications.

Currently not be registered for any other learnership.

Interested in pursuing a career in Short-term Insurance.

Have a passion for learning and the business environment.

Have a clear criminal and credit record.

Applications that do not have Matric (or Prelim results) and ID copies attached will not be considered.

Duties & Responsibilities

Successful applicants will be a part of a rotational programme within various departments in Momentum Insure.

Additional Information

Participants of the learnership will receive a fixed monthly allowance/stipend.
