Duties & Responsibilities

Call Handling:

  • Handle inbound and outbound customer calls efficiently
  • Explain finance application procedures clearly
  • Follow up on leads and maintain interest
  • Build trust and promote services

Problem Solving:

  • Analyze customer issues and find quick solutions
  • Escalate priority concerns when needed
  • Remain calm and professional under pressure

Administration:

  • Update lead management system
  • Maintain accurate records and reports
  • Respond to client emails professionally

Customer Service:

  • Respond to service requests and client needs
  • Promote Auto Pedigree’s products and services
  • Encourage brand loyalty and engagement

Additional Responsibilities:

  • Attend team meetings and training
  • Follow standard procedures and company policies
  • Perform duties as assigned

Minimum Requirements

  • Grade 12 (Senior Certificate)
  • At least 2 years’ relevant call centre or sales experience
  • Computer literacy (Outlook & Excel basic level)
  • Valid South African ID and driver’s licence
  • Willing to work shifts, weekends, and travel
