Successful candidates will report to the Assistant Manager: Customer Care Centre and become part of a dedicated, customer-focused support team.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Answering incoming customer calls
  • Resolving queries around delays, cancellations, and travel support
  • Explaining company procedures and services
  • Handling confidential information with discretion
  • Writing and speaking to customers professionally
  • Working on flexible shifts including weekends and holidays

Requirements

  • 1 to 4 years’ experience in a Call Centre environment
  • Strong communication skills in English (read, write, speak)

  • Own transport is advantageous
  • Travel-related qualification is an added bonus

Shifts

  • 07:00 – 16:00
  • 08:00 – 17:00
  • 09:00 – 18:00
  • 10:00 – 19:00
    (Includes weekends and public holidays)
