- Assist customers with betting and account queries in a professional manner.
- Reach daily, weekly, and monthly mobile sales targets.
- Drive awareness of mobile betting through on-site demos and training.
- Set up engaging promotional displays to attract and retain new users.
- Register new accounts, assist with FICA submissions, and encourage voucher usage.
- Maintain cleanliness and a professional image in all workspaces.
- Ensure proper safekeeping and functioning of all issued mobile equipment.
- Accurately handle and report on cash transactions and inventory.
- Rove between local stores when required based on operational needs.
