Duties & Responsibilities
- Ensure production targets are achieved on time and in full

- Practice good housekeeping and hygiene according to SOPs

- Perform basic maintenance of assigned machinery and equipment
- Monitor food safety and adhere to Health & Safety guidelines
- Keep accurate records and participate in process improvements
Requirements
- Education: Grade 12 or an equivalent qualification (compulsory)
- Experience: Previous experience in a production or manufacturing role is advantageous
- Must be willing to work rotational shifts, weekends, and public holidays
- Ability to work in high-temperature manufacturing environments
- Physically fit and able to perform manual tasks
