Duties and Responsibilities: Store Operations Job Opportunity
As part of the store operations team, you’ll be expected to:
- Process customer transactions using the POS system
- Handle cash, give change, and balance tills
- Manage and prepare your daily float
- Scan and check out purchases efficiently
- Receive and process all types of payments
- Minimise wastage, shrinkage, and damages
- Uphold high hygiene, housekeeping, and safety standards
- Follow all store security and safety procedures
- Clean and operate store equipment properly
- Respond to customer queries in a professional and friendly manner
- Upsell relevant products and services where appropriate
