Key Duties and Responsibilities
Lead Training Across Regions
- Identify training needs through regular analysis and feedback from stores and regional teams.
- Design and coordinate tailored training interventions to address skills gaps.
- Provide leadership to all Regional Trainers and ensure alignment with HR objectives.
Succession Planning and Reporting
- Track development plans and career growth paths for high-potential employees.
- Monitor and report on progress in key succession pipelines.
- Partner with store leadership to support internal promotions.
Drive Company Culture
- Promote Boxer’s values through every training session delivered.
- Inspire excellence in customer service and operations through training.
- Encourage team engagement and personal accountability.
Minimum Requirements
- Education: Grade 12 (Matric) is required; a relevant tertiary qualification in Training or HR will be an advantage.
- Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in a retail training environment.
- Skills: Strong leadership, presentation, and communication skills.
- Travel: Must be willing to travel to stores and regions regularly.
