Job Purpose
As a Digital Support Assistant, you will be stationed in an Old Mutual branch, helping walk-in customers navigate the digital platform designed for the Two-pot retirement fund withdrawal process. Your role is vital in ensuring customers feel confident and supported while using self-service technology.
You’ll reduce queues, guide customers on their devices, and enable seamless digital engagement—all while delivering world-class customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and direct customers at the branch
- Assist customers with Two-pot fund withdrawals using digital platforms
- Educate customers on the self-service submission process
- Provide information about call centre support
- Support branch staff by managing digital transaction queues
- Promote adoption of digital tools and platforms
Minimum Requirements
- Grade 12 / National Senior Certificate (NQF 4)
- South African citizenship
- Ability to use digital devices independently
- Available to work full-time during the fund withdrawal window period
Essential Competencies
