Duties and Responsibilities

As part of the PG Group Youth Programme, your responsibilities may include:

  • Assisting with operational, technical, or support service tasks.
  • Performing assigned duties safely, effectively, and on time.
  • Supporting day-to-day operations with professionalism and teamwork.
  • Providing superior service to customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Following workplace etiquette, safety protocols, and hygiene standards.
  • Reporting maintenance or operational issues to management.
  • Completing administrative duties as required.

Requirements to Apply

To be eligible, applicants must meet the following criteria:

  • Must have Matric (Grade 12).
  • A TVET/FET qualification in a relevant field is advantageous.
  • Must be a South African citizen.
  • Passionate about learning and self-development.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Willing to relocate or travel when necessary.
  • Must be able to work shifts, where applicable.
  • Committed to delivering exceptional service and teamwork.
