Job Description
As a Totalsports Retail Sales Associate, your key responsibilities will include:
- Acting as a brand ambassador and delivering top-tier customer service
- Identifying customer needs and offering suitable product solutions
- Driving sales and exceeding performance targets
- Staying up-to-date with the latest product trends and innovations
- Merchandising and maintaining product displays
- Replenishing stock and preparing the store for trade daily
- Actively seeking opportunities to improve sales and customer satisfaction
