Job Description
As a BMW Service Advisor, you will:
- Welcome and engage with customers in a professional, respectful manner
- Understand customer needs and prepare accurate service estimates
- Promote routine maintenance and repair services
- Maintain clear, effective communication throughout the service process
- Schedule appointments and manage daily queries
- Coordinate alternate transport and shuttle services when necessary
- Handle all service documentation: job cards, invoices, warranty claims
- Ensure customer satisfaction and resolve any concerns via the CRM system
- Assist the dealership in meeting service excellence benchmarks
- Attend ongoing OEM and dealership training
Minimum Requirements BMW Vereeniging Service Advisor
- Grade 12 (Matric)
- Valid, unendorsed driver’s license
- Computer literacy
- Knowledge of dealership policies and procedures
- Strong numerical and communication skills
- Multilingual communication preferred
- Previous Service Advisor experience with BMW or a premium brand is beneficial
