Responsibilities in Auto Pedigree Call Centre Jobs
In this dynamic role, your daily duties will include:
- Managing daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance
- Identifying customer needs and matching them to service offerings
- Setting up mobile display units
- Accompanying customers on test drives
- Assisting with finance procedures and document collection

You’ll also be expected to travel extensively—up to 3 weeks per month—and work shifts and weekends as scheduled.
Qualifications and Experience Required
To qualify for Auto Pedigree Call Centre Job, applicants must meet the following:
- Grade 12 / Matric certificate
- Valid Code 8 driver’s license
- 2+ years in sales and customer service
- Computer literacy (Outlook and Excel)
- NCA qualification (advantageous)
- Retail sales experience and knowledge of Auto Pedigree’s products (advantageous)
- Understanding of multiple South African languages is a plus
