About the Mr Price Foundation
The Mr Price Foundation is committed to breaking youth unemployment barriers in South Africa. With over 62% of youth aged 15 to 24 unemployed, the Foundation created JumpStart—a series of programmes that bridge the gap between education and employment through skills training, work readiness, and workplace experience.
Programme Overview
The Retail Frontline Programme (RFP) is designed for matriculated youth and focuses on work readiness training in the retail industry. It combines practical skills with hands-on experience to prepare you for real opportunities.

Eligibility Criteria
To be considered for the JumpStart Retail Frontline Programme, you must:

- Be ready to learn and work in a fast-paced retail environment
