Job Description

As a Call Centre Agent, you will be responsible for handling inbound calls, managing customer queries, upselling services, and maintaining internal communication workflows. This role is part of the Client Care Desk Team under the Shared Services Business Unit, reporting directly to the Team Leader.

Key Responsibilities Call Centre Agent Jobs:

  • Handle incoming calls for customer service, telesales, and general queries
  • Route calls to appropriate departments or colleagues
  • Log and escalate complaints, queries, and customer issues
  • Maintain accurate call logs and records
  • Follow up on calls and ensure customer satisfaction
  • Document call details in line with SOPs
  • Provide information about products and services
  • Upsell relevant services to clients when applicable
  • Manage general business inboxes like info@servest.co.za
  • Perform basic Social Media Community Management
  • Support other administrative or communication tasks as assigned

Minimum Requirements Call Centre Agent Jobs

  • Grade 12 / Matric certificate
  • Proficient in MS Office and relevant call center applications
  • Excellent written, verbal, and listening skills
  • Strong data entry and typing abilities
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage stress
  • Knowledge of customer service and call center best practices
