The internship is based in the Group Transformation Office, within the Market Development and Sustainability Division.
What You’ll Do
As a Transformation Intern, you’ll support key transformation programmes across the group:
- Assist in the coordination and administration of five socio-economic transformation programmes
- Take meeting minutes and provide project support
- Perform transformation-related research
- Assist with B-BBEE reporting management and coordination
- Help manage sustainability reporting and data tracking
- Support internal and external stakeholder engagement
Who Should Apply
To qualify for the Sanlam Transformation Internship Programme, you must:
- Have a BCom degree or related 3-year National Diploma
- Be between the ages of 18–34
- Have not previously participated in an Inseta-funded internship
