Job Description
As a Retail Sales Assistant, you will play a key role in ensuring the branch operates smoothly while providing professional service and support to customers.
Your duties will include:
- Assisting customers with product queries and sales
- Merchandising and maintaining displays
- Handling stock control, stock taking, and inventory updates
- Performing general retail branch procedures
- Supporting smooth day-to-day store operations
- Collaborating with your team to achieve sales targets
What You’ll Need to Succeed
Minimum Requirements:
- Grade 12 / Senior Certificate
- Experience in Automotive, Engineering, Tools or Machinery industries (advantageous)
- Retail experience in stock control, sales, or merchandising preferred
- Confidence, honesty, and strong interpersonal skills
- A passion for tools, spares, and hardware products
