Minimum Requirements

To be considered, applicants must meet the following:

Must be a South African citizen
Must be aged between 18 and 34
Must have Grade 12 with Mathematics and Physical Science
No prior work experience required

Key Responsibilities and Criteria

Selected candidates will:

Gain full-time exposure in the Maintenance & Operations Department
Work on real projects with Eskom teams
Not have been employed with one employer for over a year

Not be a full-time student in the current year
Not have previously participated in a YES programme

Successful candidates will be placed across Eskom operations in the Cape Coastal Cluster.
