Duties and Responsibilities
- Receive daily cash payments from drivers
- Reconcile and balance cash at the end of each shift
- Capture transactions using Syspro software
- Prepare accurate bank deposit slips
- Report all discrepancies directly to management
- Maintain a secured and compliant cash office at all times
- Restrict access to authorized personnel only
Minimum Requirements
- Grade 12 with Mathematics and Accounting
- 2–3 years’ experience as a cashier or bank teller
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Syspro
- Strong organisational skills
- Ability to work independently and take accountability
