Duties and Responsibilities Clover Call Centre Learnership
As part of the Clover Call Centre Opportunity, your key responsibilities will include:
- Delivering exceptional customer service during inbound and outbound calls
- Accurately capturing and confirming customer orders
- Informing customers of accounts on hold and addressing related issues
- Resolving queries and complaints via relevant internal departments
- Upselling and promoting Clover products and special offers
- Participating actively in team meetings and contributing to visual information management
- Promoting cooperation and teamwork across the call centre team
Minimum Requirements Clover Call Centre Learnership
To qualify, candidates must meet the following criteria:
- Grade 12 (Matric) or equivalent NQF Level 4
- Matric must have been completed between 2019 and 2023
- Minimum 60% average in English and Maths/Maths Literacy
- Must be currently unemployed
- Advanced computer literacy
- No previous participation in a Learnership
