About the Role
Ster-Kinekor is seeking energetic, professional, and presentable Multi Skilled Employees to join their team across various cinema locations in South Africa. You’ll rotate through different functions such as cashier, waiter, cinema assistant, popper, or box office sales, ensuring customers receive world-class entertainment and service.
Key Responsibilities
- Work across box office sales, food counters, and collections
- Prepare snacks and beverages (e.g., popcorn, slush) following quality standards
- Keep up to date on Ster-Kinekor promotions and upsell to guests
- Maintain clean work areas including kitchen, storerooms, and counters
- Ensure all products are properly sealed, labelled, and stored
- Uphold brand reputation through appearance and conduct
- Follow all Health & Safety protocols and report any concerns
- Adhere to uniform and hygiene standards for personal and guest safety
Minimum Requirements
- Grade 12 / Matric
- 0–1 year experience in a similar customer service or retail role
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- VISTA software experience is advantageous
