Job Description: FlySafair Line Warehouse Controller

As a Line Warehouse Controller, you’ll be responsible for the movement and management of aircraft spares between Cape Town and other FlySafair stations. You’ll play a key role in stock management, documentation, shipping preparation, and warehouse upkeep.

Your core duties include:

  • Handling spare parts transfers across stations and updating the stock management system
  • Binning and filing received parts accurately
  • Conducting weekly cycle counts and maintaining detailed records
  • Preparing and packaging parts for shipment (COMAT)
  • Coordinating with outstations, hangars, and airports to route parts
  • Responding promptly to spares requests via phone, email, or WhatsApp
  • Managing access to the warehouse and ensuring safety
  • Assisting with aircraft loading/unloading and general warehouse duties

Minimum Requirements

To qualify for this role, applicants must have:

  • Grade 12 or equivalent
  • 1–2 years of warehouse experience
  • A valid driver’s license
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Availability to work shifts and overtime as needed
