Job Description
As a Retail Sales Assistant at Spitz, you’ll be responsible for delivering top-tier customer experiences, assisting with day-to-day store operations, and ensuring accuracy in cash and stock processes.
Key Responsibilities Spitz Retail Sales Assistant:
1. Cash Control
- Operate cash desk efficiently
- Follow daily banking and cash control procedures
- Maintain 0% cash variance
- Accurately handle manual transactions
2. Stock Control
- Follow daily stock management protocols
- Follow up on customer orders
- Conduct accurate weekly stock counts
- Maintain an organized storeroom
- Complete weekly shoe pairing exercises
3. Customer Service
- Deliver excellent customer service
- Build and maintain internal and external customer relationships
- Demonstrate strong product knowledge
Requirements Spitz Retail Sales Assistant
Minimum Qualifications:
- Matric / Grade 12 required
Experience:
- Minimum 1 year of retail experience
Skills & Knowledge:
- Retail administration
- Cash and stock control
- Sales techniques and product knowledge
- Familiarity with company procedures and policies
- Numerical accuracy and attention to detail
