Job Description
Become part of the Hollywoodbets Purple Team, a group of energetic and driven professionals pushing the limits of what’s possible in mobile betting.
Key Responsibilities Hollywoodbets Sales Agent Kokstad:
- Assist clients with account registration and betting queries
- Promote mobile marketing campaigns to sign up new customers
- Conduct product demonstrations and encourage app usage
- Keep accurate daily sales records and report to management
- Arrange displays at stores and events to attract new customers
- Educate customers about betting features, usage, and bonus offers
- Help clients meet FICA requirements (clear ID needed)
- Maintain mobile equipment and workspaces
- Complete regular online and voice training sessions
- May be required to travel to other branches or promotional events
Requirements Hollywoodbets Sales Agent Kokstad
- Experience: 6 months to 1 year in sales, promotions, or marketing
- Education: Grade 12 (Matric) preferred
- Skills:
- Excellent listening and communication
- Strong knowledge of mobile/internet betting and TUV (top-up voucher) distribution
- Results-driven mindset and problem-solving ability
