Your Role as a Field Sales Agent
As a Field Sales Agent, your mission is to expand the mobile customer base while consistently hitting daily, weekly, and monthly sales goals. You’ll be the face of Hollywoodbets in various communities, using your communication skills to educate potential customers and promote mobile services effectively.

Key Responsibilities
- Assist customers in opening accounts and resolving betting queries
- Promote mobile products and demonstrate usage to increase sign-ups
- Market mobile services during campaigns and in-store activations
- Maintain accurate records of daily sales performance
- Support customers with FICA requirements during registration
- Guide new users in claiming and using sign-up bonuses
- Ensure professional display setups at outlets and events
- Complete weekly training modules and participate in team development
- Travel between stores or branches as needed
Requirements and Skills
- Minimum: Grade 12 (Matric)
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
- Sales experience (promoter or similar role preferred)
- Confident with mobile applications and betting systems
- Results-driven and motivated by performance targets
