This six-month SETA-accredited program is designed to empower young people with practical experience and valuable skills to launch their careers in retail.
About the UIF Learnership Opportunity SouthAfrica
This learnership offers unemployed youth a chance to gain hands-on experience at one of South Africa’s largest retail chains. Successful candidates will undergo:
- 10 days of theory-based learning
- Practical in-store training with a dedicated mentor
- Ongoing monitoring and verification
- Final assessment and moderation
Participants will receive a monthly stipend of R2000 for the duration of the program.

Minimum Requirements for UIF Learnership Opportunity South Africa
To qualify, applicants must:
- Be under 29 years old
- Hold a Matric Certificate (Grade 12)
- Reside in the Western Cape
