About the Peer Educator Coordinator Role

The Peer Educator Coordinator Job is a key position within THC’s People Who Inject Drugs (PWID) programme. This role oversees peer educators, ensuring they deliver mobile and fixed wellness services efficiently. You will organise work schedules, monitor performance, and maintain consistent reporting.

Minimum Requirements for Peer Educator Coordinator Role

To apply, you must meet the following criteria:

  • Grade 12 qualification
  • One month of related training
  • Prior experience as a peer educator or outreach worker
  • Proficiency in isiXhosa/English plus another South African language
  • Valid Code 8 driver’s license
  • Clear criminal record
