Job Description
This learnership gives you exposure to real manufacturing and assembly environments, where you’ll gain practical skills while supporting key areas of the business such as safety, quality, productivity, and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities: NCAMA Learnership NQF Level 2
- Participate in structured training aligned with the learnership qualification
- Gain practical experience using tools, equipment, and production processes
- Follow workplace procedures, safety protocols, and time standards
- Contribute to production support and team communication
- Identify improvement opportunities and alternative process methods
- Rotate through different shifts to gain full exposure across operations

Minimum Requirements: NCAMA Learnership NQF Level 2
- Grade 12 certificate with passes in:
- Pure Mathematics (HG or SG) – Maths Literacy is NOT accepted
- English
- Must be currently unemployed
- South African citizen under the age of 35
