Qualifications and Experience: Bidvest call centre careers
- Grade 12 (Matric) is required.
- 2 years’ experience in a contact centre or admin support role.
- Call Centre Certificate.

- Knowledge of Facilities Management systems such as SAP, CRM, Property Solutions, HR, Supply Chain, Soft Services, and Workplace Services.
