About Training Force Learnership Programme
Training Force is a registered training provider that has been empowering South African businesses and their employees since 2003. With over 3,000 companies trained and more than 55,000 workers upskilled, Training Force has become a trusted name in industry-focused training across South Africa.
The learnership programmes offered by Training Force are structured as 12-month courses combining theory and practical workplace experience. On successful completion, learners receive an occupational qualification registered on the National Qualification Framework (NQF) with the South African Qualifications Authority (SAQA).
All Training Force learnerships are fully accredited by the relevant Sector Education and Training Authority (SETA), ensuring you get recognized and valuable training.
Training Force Learnership Programme Requirements
To register under the YES Initiative, companies must meet specific criteria:
- Generic entities need to meet 40% sub-minimum requirements across three priority elements or 50% average across these.
- Qualifying Small Enterprises (QSE) can achieve an average 40% across two priority elements instead of the 40% under ownership.
- Measured entities must maintain or improve their B-BBEE status level from the previous year.
- Exempted Micro Enterprises (EME) face no specific requirements.
- YES targets for generic entities:
- 1.5% of the entity’s headcount
- 1.5% of average NPAT over the last three years, divided by R55,000
- Revenue-based targets (e.g., companies with R50 million revenue need six youths; R500 million revenue needs fifteen youths)
The highest result among these calculations determines the company’s YES target.
