Job Description: Consultant Cash Banking Vacancy
As a Consultant: Cash (Level 1), your main responsibility will be to respond to walk-in customers for all card and cash-related services. This includes support on teller services, ATM troubleshooting, and MoneyGram services. You will assess each customer’s needs and ensure the correct action is taken based on the bank’s policies and service offerings.
Minimum Requirements: Consultant Cash Banking Vacancy
To qualify for the Consultant Cash Banking Vacancy, you must meet the following:
- Education: Grade 12 (Matric), NQF Level 5 qualification
- Experience:
- Previous experience in branch banking or branch operations
- Knowledge of bulk cash, ATMs, and front-line support
- Familiarity with bank policies, procedures, and legal cash-handling requirements
- Understanding of different departmental functions within a branch
