What the Administrative Support Career Opportunity Involves

As an Administrative Assistant, your responsibilities will support the daily operations of your assigned department. This includes:

1. Compliance and Documentation

  • Maintain updated written documentation aligned with internal business standards
  • Monitor adherence to organizational policies and procedures
  • Ensure records reflect current departmental activities

2. Office Coordination

  • Handle general admin support including filing, phone queries, and correspondence
  • Maintain confidentiality on sensitive matters
  • Ensure availability of stationery and office supplies
  • Allocate reference numbers and assign matters to team members
  • Accurately capture and validate documents into internal systems

3. Meeting Coordination and Support

  • Schedule and confirm internal and external meetings
  • Take and distribute meeting minutes per governance standards
  • Maintain a register of outstanding issues and track resolution progress

4. Document and Records Management

  • Administer RAF’s records management system in line with filing policies
  • Organize and retrieve documentation efficiently
  • Handle confidential materials appropriately

Required Qualifications and Experience
