As a Telesales Agent, you’ll work with both new and existing clients, helping them understand available insurance products and guiding them through the purchase process.
1. Direct Sales Duties
- Engage potential customers via phone to promote various insurance products.
- Use a proven sales script to explain benefits and pricing clearly and convincingly.
- Answer questions, resolve objections, and guide buyers toward informed decisions.
- Ensure all activities align with FAIS and FICA compliance standards.
- Accurately record customer interactions and updates in the customer debtor system (CDS).
2. Data Accuracy and Record Keeping
- Update personal, employment, and contact information for all customers.
- Maintain detailed, up-to-date records of all communications and sales activities.
