Your Role in Peer Educator Outreach
Community Engagement and Education
In the Peer Educator Outreach, your core responsibility will be to connect with sex workers in various hotspots, offering them accurate, current health information and services. Your tasks will include:
- Identifying hotspots and mobilising community members.
- Educating on HIV, TB, STIs, and other health topics.
- Demonstrating and distributing male and female condoms and lubricants.
- Referring individuals to mobile health units for further care.

Duties and Impact Peer Educator Outreach Jobs
You’ll support health workers in follow-ups, referrals, and outreach planning. Responsibilities also include:
- Documenting all outreach and referrals accurately.
- Reporting community feedback to the line manager.
- Assisting with crises and offering psychosocial referrals where needed.
- Participating in awareness sessions and collecting attendance data.
- Helping develop new health promotion materials.

Requirements to Apply Peer Educator Outreach Jobs
