In this position, your key duties will include:
- Welcoming visitors professionally and ensuring they are well assisted
- Managing incoming calls, taking accurate messages, and relaying them promptly
- Keeping the reception area neat and professional at all times
- Managing boardroom bookings and setups
- Supporting admin duties to increase operational efficiency
- Providing callers with up-to-date, accurate information
- Opening up Damage Reports (DRs)
- Booking vehicles on TMS (Tracking Management System)
- Conducting vehicle site management and fleet checks

Qualifications and Experience
To apply for these Receptionist Switchboard Operator you must meet the following criteria:
- Minimum Qualification: Grade 12 (Senior Certificate)
- Minimum Experience:
- 1 year in reception and admin
- 1 year using TMS
- 1 year in a panelshop environment
- Skills:
- MS Office proficiency (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Fluent verbal and written English communication
- Strong telephone etiquette and customer service
