This learnership, in collaboration with the Department of Land Reform and Joe Morolong Local Municipality Traffic, is designed to equip candidates with the skills and knowledge needed to succeed in the field of road traffic law enforcement. It offers comprehensive training for 12 months in the Road Traffic and Law Enforcement (NQF Level 4) certification.
Minimum Requirements Traffic Trainees Learnership South Africa
To be eligible for this learnership, applicants must meet the following criteria:
- South African citizen with a Grade 12 or National Senior Certificate
- Possession of a valid driver’s license
- No criminal record with proof of SAPS Clearance results
- Medical Examination proof

Candidates selected for the Traffic Trainees Learnership South Africa will:
- Be required to pass a written assessment and interview
- Complete a physical assessment
- Submit SAPS Clearance results (no criminal record)
- Maintain fitness levels and undergo ongoing fitness assessments
- Adhere to the Joe Morolong Local Municipality Code of Conduct and the pass requirements set by the Academy, including relevant unit standards
