What Is the JumpStart Retail Essentials Programme?
The Retail Essentials leanership (REP) is a six-month internship designed for young South Africans who want to build a career in retail. The course combines classroom learning with hands-on work experience in retail stores, helping you understand your strengths and find your retail niche.

Who Can Apply for the JumpStart Retail Learnership?
To qualify, you must:
- Be South African
- Be matriculated with at least one commerce subject
- Be aged between 18–33 years
- Be currently unemployed
- Have no criminal record
