Who Can Apply Transnet Graduate Development Programme?
To qualify, you must:
- Be a South African citizen
- Be between 18 and 35 years old
- Have no prior full-time work experience
- Hold a National Diploma, BTech, Degree, or Honours (NQF Level 6 or higher) from a registered university, university of technology, or TVET college
What You’ll Learn:
Over the 24 months, you’ll:
- Gain experience in real workplace settings
- Work in departments related to Change Management, Organisation Development, and more
- Get exposure to the logistics industry and how Transnet operates
- Build your personal and professional skills through continuous mentoring
