Key Duties and Responsibilities
As a Clover Merchandiser, your main focus will be to ensure product visibility and availability in selected stores. Duties include:
Stock Management
- Control and order stock in-store and in backup areas
- Minimize and report returns as per store plan
- Prevent out-of-stock situations and place accurate orders
Shelf and Store Display
- Pack and maintain neat, clean product displays
- Apply store-specific shelf plans (plannograms)
- Ensure fridge displays are functional and tidy
- Use point-of-sale (POS) material effectively
Relationship Building
- Maintain strong relationships with store managers, Clover teams, and customers
- Collaborate with Account Managers (AMs) and other merchandisers
- Communicate effectively and maintain high standards of professionalism
Administration and Compliance
- Handle store equipment and crates according to policy
- Keep all product labels, displays, and administrative records updated
