Who Can Apply for SDC Learnerships 2026 Application?

To qualify for this program, applicants must meet the following criteria:
- Be a South African Citizen
- Be a B-BBEE Black Person (African, Indian, or Coloured)
- Have a minimum of Grade 12
- Be between the ages of 18 and 28
- Be unemployed and available for a 12-month learnership
- Be able to attend mandatory practical training
- Be either abled or living with a disability
This program supports the inclusion of both abled individuals and those living with a disability, as defined by the Employment Equity Act 55 of 1998.
